Cash for the Cranium

We understand that getting an education is far more valuable than any diploma; it’s a key part of overall enlightenment and reaching our full potential. We also understand that investing in our employees is one of the best ways to invest in our business. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Cash for the Cranium program. 
The program, which is designed to encourage Milestone team members to expand their knowledge and experience in areas of study related to senior living, offers partial tuition reimbursement in the following fields: 
Business Administration
Employee Development
Hospitality/Culinary Arts
Human Resources
Internet Technology
Marketing & Sales 
Nursing (CPA, LPN/LVN or RN)
Recreational Therapy
To be eligible for the Cash for Cranium program, employees must have:
A minimum of one year of employment with Milestone Retirement communities 
Willingness to share their knowledge with their community teammates
Ability to apply course learnings in their current role
