Shane is the Executive Director at Holden Southcenter. With over 14 years of experience in senior living and healthcare operations, Shane has held a range of positions from certified nursing to senior executive director, traveling to communities across the United States. His love for senior living began at age 12 when he would mow his elderly neighbor Fern’s yard, for which she would pay him in cookies. In his spare time, Shane plays in a competitive softball league and enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs, Janet and Jackson.

With a degree from the University of Washington and experience in the Seattle Southside, Megan is responsible for office tasks such as accounting and human resources. She enjoys working with her fellow team members and spending time with Holden Southcenter’s residents. While not at work, Megan spends her free time reading and playing video games.

Lisa is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Holden Southcenter. A western Washington resident, Lisa has worked in the senior housing industry in King and Pierce Counties for more than 15 years. Her passion, built on a life’s worth of friendship with individuals in their golden years, is helping seniors enjoy their best quality of life. In her spare time, Lisa and her husband love to travel, with Hawaii and U.S. National Parks as long-time favorites.

Christopher Frantela
Director of Dining

Chris is the Director of Culinary Services at Holden Southcenter. After a childhood of watching his grandparents cook traditional Filipino food, Chris trained in classic French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland. He has experience in four-star hotels, such as The Four Seasons and The Salish Lodge, as well as private clubs, such as The Harbor Club, and at the Microsoft campus in Redmond. Chris believes that blending distinct culinary styles is the key to creativity in the kitchen.

April is the Director of Health & Wellness at Holden Southcenter. Utilizing over a decade and a half of medical experience, April oversees the care of every resident at Holden. She ensures that everyone, no matter their condition, is happy and healthy in their new home. In her off time, April enjoys traveling with her family.

Marybi is the Memory Care Director at Holden Southcenter. With degrees from Eugenio Olaez y Anda Institute in Mexico and Renton Technical College, Marybi has over 20 years of experience in nursing, including 7 years in Memory Care. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to enrich the lives of residents with dementia every day, ensuring they receive the best care available. When not at work, Marybi loves reading and doing yoga.

With over 5 years of experience in assisted living facilities, Brittney shares the benefits of living in a community like Holden Southcenter with prospective residents. After work, Brittney enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.

On her days off, Fahima loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
