Join us for a unique and fun Mini Golf (putt-putt) Tournament and help The Meadows senior living community take a swing at memory loss! Don’t miss the silent auction, hole-in-one awards and raffle prizes, too! All funds raised benefit the caregiving and education programs of Memory Matters. $50 for a 4-person team.
Team Sponsor - $50 (includes a grab bag, breakfast and golf for a team of 4)
Hole Sponsor - $100 (includes sponsor recognition at a hole, option to donate 1 item for grab bags)
Photo Booth Sponsor - $100 (includes recognition at photo booth)
Breakfast Sponsor - $100 (includes sponsor recognition at breakfast and registration tables)
Sponsors are asked to donate a raffle/silent auction prize in addition to sponsorship fee ($100 value or less raffle item - $100 value or more silent auction item)
