Meet Our Team

Elizabeth loves spending time with family, friends and her dog Bella. Hobbies and passions include being an avid runner, writer, home designer and baker. Originally from Canada, Elizabeth’s educational background includes Theology, Sociology and is a former ordained minister. Elizabeth also has earned 54 CEU’s from the Shiley-Marcos Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center of San Diego. Elizabeth is excited to be a part of the Milestone Sage, Glendale family where she looks forward to supporting the positive and successful environment for residents, families and staff.

Esther Beltran has 13 years of experience in the senior living industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in the Philippines, and a Computer Programming and Design Associates Degree as well. She has knowledge in Nursing Skills and has been an experienced MedTech and Wellness Supervisor for 13 years.

Jonathan Schwartz is the Director of Culinary Services at Sage Glendale. He has over 10 years of experience working in senior living. When he is not in the kitchen, he enjoys being on the golf course, fishing and spending time with his two daughters.

Kendra Williams is the Director of Memory Care. She has passionately served as a Memory Care Director for 8 years. She enjoys spending time with family, listening to live music, taking walks on the beach and reading.

Marco started his career in senior living working as a dishwasher and then became a maintenance technician. With hard work, discipline, and dedication to his craft, within a couple of years he started his career as a Maintenance Director. Every day he looks forward to assisting our residents and leaving them with a smile.

Neil has been working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. He ventured into sales in 2011. Neil loves the personal connections and relationships made with each of his customers, and he enjoys guiding them to make the buying decision that he knows will enrich their lives for years to come. Neil is an avid hiker and enjoys hanging out in the city and going to new and unique restaurants.

Cinnamon Leggett is the Director of Health and Wellness. She has served as a nurse in geriatrics for 22 years. A few of her favorite things are music, nature and family.

Jason is the Maintenance Director at Holden Southcenter. With experience at multiple retirement communities in both Washington and Texas, Jason has over 20 years of maintenance experience. His favorite part of his job is working with his amazing team members and wonderful residents at Holden Southcenter. When he is not at work, Jason enjoys going on hikes in the forests surrounding Mount Rainier and playing billiards.
