Stephani is the Director of Health and Wellness at Kingston Bay Senior Living. She grew up wanting to help others; it was always her dream to become a nurse. She has had the privilege of working at her dream job for 17 years now. She was recently certified as a Dementia Practitioner this year. Her goal is to ensure all residents in Memory Care and Assisted Living are well taken care of and happy. Stephani’s off-time is spent traveling with her family and two pugs, along with riding her motorcycle.

Dao has been the Maintenance Director at Kingston Bay Senior Living for the past 2 years. He manages the safety committee at Kingston Bay. When he is not at work, Dao enjoys fishing, hunting, sports and family trips.

Lai
Associate Executive Director

Lai is the Associate Executive Director at Kingston Bay Senior Living. She’s held previous roles in Human Resources, the Business Office, and Sales and Operations. In collaboration with the Executive Director, she works closely with the leadership team on the day-to-day operations at Kingston Bay. She enjoys seeing the residents thrive in the community by helping give them a social lifestyle and quality care. Lai is a mom of three and enjoys making memories with her growing family.

Gladys
Business Office Manager

Gladys is the Business Office Manager. She is responsible for office tasks such as Accounting and Human Resources. She enjoys spending time with Kingston Bay residents. While not at work, Gladys spends her free time either in her backyard planting flowers or shopping.

Mercedes
Lifestyle & Leisure Director

Mercedes is the Lifestyle & Leisure Director at Kingston Bay. With over 6 years of experience in retirement communities, she knows the most important part of her job is kindling a one-on-one relationship with each of her residents and family members. Her goal is to learn about every individual’s amazing life journey and continue to provide a fulfilling lifestyle experience. On her days off, Sadies loves spending time with her daughter, traveling, and working out with her boyfriend.

Blanca
Housekeeping Supervisor

Blanca Villa is the Housekeeping Supervisor for Kingston Bay Senior Living. Her goal is to make sure the community feels fresh, new, and that all residents’ cleaning expectations are met. She enjoys socializing with the residents and hearing their stories. She’s had over 17 years of experience in hospitality. She loves to spend time tending to her plants, grandkids, two fur babies and one dove.

Melissa
Resident Care Director

Melissa is our Resident Care Director and has been in senior living for 10 years. She started her career as a Caregiver and understands the importance of person-centered care for our residents. She also held pervious roles such as Med-tech and Memory Care Director, and she has contributed her knowledge here at Kingston Bay. The best part about her job is knowing the families and residents have peace of mind by allowing Kingston Bay to care for their loved ones.

Kevin
Director of Culinary Services

Chef Kevin Mendoza is the Director of Culinary Services. He was born and raised here in the central valley, and he is proud to have 15 years of well-earned cooking experience underneath his belt. Some of his prior employment includes working for the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge in Cooper Landing, AK, The Vineyard restaurant in Madera, and Black Bear Diner. Kevin has a wife and a baby girl named Mia that was recently added to their little family June of this year. In his spare time, Kevin likes taking long road trips and fishing. He always strives to make our residents’ dining experience a pleasurable one, and he enjoys interacting with them on a daily basis. Bon appétit!

Director of Sales & Marketing

Leah is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Kingston Bay Senior Living. She has almost a decade of experience working with seniors. When a family or person is looking into senior living, she’s your girl. She patiently answers questions, gives tours and helps our future residents choose their new home. Leah has experienced caring for her own mother, who had dementia. She helps to connect and help people with services that will help better their lives and lighten the responsibilities of family members. Outside of her career, Leah loves her pets, bicycling, swimming, meditation, reading, playing Scrabble, shopping and traveling with her family.
