Ginni serves as the Senior Vice President of Milestone's West Division. Originally, she joined the Milestone team in January 2016 as Regional Director of Operations in Arizona, Utah and Nevada. She has worked successfully in the senior housing industry since 2004 holding positions in sales, marketing and operations with a focus on building strong professional relationships and has engaged in many start-ups of new communities and organizations.  Prior to joining Milestone as a Regional Director of Operations, she was the Executive Director of multi-service independent, assisted living and memory care community.

Having walked in the shoes of an Executive Director, Ginni firmly believes it requires the entire community to work together as a team to provide quality care for the residents and support families. Daily, she works closely with her communities to achieve this goal.  Ginni holds a degree in Business Marketing and is a licensed Assisted Living Manager in Arizona. 

Ginni has been married for 26 years to her husband Steve and has two amazing adult children. Her favorite place to be is on the beach, any beach, with her friends and family.

George serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for the East division and joins the Milestone community From Compass Pointe Healthcare Systems. Prior to joining Compass Pointe Healthcare Systems, Mr. Draghiceanu was the Senior Vice President of Operations, Atlantic Coast Division at Atria Senior Living, a national senior living company. George is a seasoned executive with distinguished healthcare management, operations, and sales and marketing expertise for senior housing organizations. He has over 21 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, the last 18 in the senior living field with major senior living providers including Five Star Senior Living and Kindred Healthcare.

Mr. Draghiceanu has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics, BA from State University of New York at Oneonta. He is currently in the process of completing the Executive MBA program at the University of North Alabama.

Carl Dudley - Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef

Carl transitioned from restaurant work to senior housing as a sous chef in 1981 and has held food service management positions with Lifestyles Senior housing, Alterra Healthcare and Crossings Corp. His extensive experience includes overseeing kitchen design, equipment specifications, menu development, product specifications and vendor contracts.

Carl serves on the Senior Housing Advisory Board for Innovatix and has a passion for food safety and customer service.

In his spare time, Carl enjoys playing the guitar in his church band, fishing, and spending time with his 11 grandchildren.

Betty Dominici - Regional Vice President, Operations

Betty is an organized and detail-oriented professional who has a proven track record of enhancing the operational practices of corporations within the elder care industry.

Ms. Dominici has spent over 18 years in the elderly care industry, serving many elder care facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Betty is also a co-founder of 602Care, a software company that improves operational efficiencies, migrates risk, and engages residents and their families with assisted living. 

Betty was born in Poland, she moved to the United States when she was 12.  In addition to English she speaks Polish and Russian.  In her spare time she enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with her son, daughter, and fiancé.  

 

 

Tara Killinger -  Regional Vice President, Operations

Tara started working in senior housing as a part time server when she was sophomore in high school.  She fell in love with the industry and now, 24 years later, she can’t imagine doing anything else.  Her favorite thing about her job is being able to council, support, and educate families throughout the transition to senior living.

Since starting her career in senior living, Tara has held roles as Community Relations Director, Executive Director, Operations Specialist, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and Regional Director of Operations.

When she’s not at work, Tara enjoys traveling, spending time with her kids, and watching football.

Channon Larson - Regional Director, Operations

Channon joined Milestone in January of 2011, as a Regional Operations Specialist. He began his career over 20 years ago working in skilled nursing facilities in Oregon and SW Washington. Channon brings a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts as a graduate of Western Culinary Institute in 1999. He has extensive experience in multi-site operations, start-ups and providing leadership and support to communities with significant regulatory issues. He worked as the Director of Operations for The Springs Living until 2010, and most recently operated a large not-for-profit continuing retirement community in the Portland Metro area. Channon brings a service driven and hospitality focused vision to senior housing as we all prepare for the next generation of customers. He understands we will have to adapt to the changing needs and desires of those we serve.

Channon holds a degree in Culinary Arts, Oregon and Idaho Administrator certifications and is an active member of the Oregon Health Care Association.

In his spare time, Channon enjoys time on the river, golfing, watching Oregon Duck games, and going on weekend wine-tasting with his wife Laura in the beautiful Willamette Valley. Go Ducks!

 

Pete Kovach - Regional Director, Operations

Pete oversees multiple Milestone communities in Washington state and brings a lengthy list of operations and leadership experience to his role. His favorite aspect of working in senior living is having the ability to lead a team and make a difference in people’s lives.

Kim Jensen - Regional Operations Specialist

Kim joined Milestone in June of 2015 as a Regional Operations Specialist. Kim has worked in the Senior Housing industry for 18 years. She began her career years ago as an Activity Director in Southern California, where she met her husband-to-be, who was working in Sales and Marketing in the same community.  Before long, Kim had moved up to working in the Sales and Marketing aspect of the industry, and was then promoted to Executive Director.  Kim worked as the Executive Director at Carmel Village in Fountain Valley, CA for eight years.

Kim then took a traveling operations position for a company based the Northwest. This allowed her the opportunity to sharpen her skills in all aspects of Senior Living operations as she filled in and trained new employees in multiple positions including Activity Director, Business Office Manager, Sales Director and Executive Director. Kim has worked as the Executive Director in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Nevada.

After four years of commuting between Southern California and other Western states, Kim finally convinced her husband to move to the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Kim and her husband live on the Clackamas River in Oregon City, OR and enjoy all of the beauty of the outdoors.  Kim and her husband are avid river kayakers and also enjoy hiking- especially the Columbia River Gorge! Colder seasons bring snow-shoeing and cross country skiing opportunities.

Kim has a passion for seniors, and enjoys working to make a difference in the lives of seniors every day.  In working for Milestone, she is excited to have the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals who also strive to provide the best in senior living.

Drew Shaffer - Regional Executive Director

Drew is Regional Executive Director for Milestone Retirement Communities, LLC located in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, he oversees operations of the two Clark County retirement communities, Glenwood Place and The Quarry Senior Living. As the Regional Director, he has worked to develop a positive reputation for Milestone in Clark County.
