In order to be considered for the program, applicants must have:
- A minimum 6 month tenure
- Positive performance appraisals
- Positive audit results, if applicable
- Compliance with state requirements
- Completion of all Relias Training
- Acceptance into the program by the Director of Talent Acquisition
The Executive Director in Training Program is open to Milestone Retirement Department Heads. Acceptance is dependent upon an interview with the Executive Director in Training Committee.
