The program, which is designed to encourage Milestone team members to expand their knowledge and experience in areas of study related to senior living, offers partial tuition reimbursement in the following fields:

To be eligible for the Cash for Cranium program, employees must have:
- A minimum of one year of employment with Milestone Retirement communities
- Willingness to share their knowledge with their community teammates
- Ability to apply course learnings in their current role

The program encourages Milestone Retirement Communities teams to find creative, fun ways to connect with each other every month. Since we understand that no two teams are the same, A Team That Plays Together Stays Together events are highly customizable, and can range from exciting team building excursions to low-key, on-site celebrations.
Every team, including community staff members and support center departments, are encouraged to participate in the program.
