Milestone Retirement Communities strives for a win/win/win relationship between owners, residents and staff at all communities we serve. In order for sustainable long term success, it is vital that the needs of these individuals are met. This endeavor is analogous to a 3 - legged stool and should one leg's needs be unfulfilled, the stool will figuratively fall overcausing harm to quality services, resident and staff retention and ownership returns on investment.

We believe that with strong on-going support, the property will be successful. In order to accomplish this, Milestone provides close support for the community staff through regular visits, quality control measures on service delivery and financial management, training, supervision and guidance of personnel and regular communication with owners. We believe that we share the truth of any and all situations and work together to solve problems as they arise being available via phone at all times.

A high priority for Milestone Retirement is to create environments in each community that are positive, supportive and caring. In addition to this, we believe that providing great service at reasonable costs will create value for all residents and families. It is also important that each property be an integral part in their community and programs are individually designed for each property, their individual markets that have unique needs and is not a cookie-cutter approach to managing. Success can be found by focusing on resident's individual needs, staff training and fulfilling market niches for unmet needs within the community.
